How long will it take to receive my handmade order?
Since many of our pieces are hand-beaded to order in New York City, please allow 2-3 weeks for production before your item ships. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship Susan Alexandra pieces worldwide! Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to local customs duties.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we accept returns on unworn, non-custom items within 14 days of delivery. Please note that a restocking fee may apply, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
How do I care for my beaded bag or jewelry?
Our items are delicate works of art. To keep them in pristine condition, avoid contact with heavy perfumes or lotions, and store them in their original dust bag. If needed, spot clean gently with a damp cloth.
