We want you to love your Susan Alexandra piece as much as we loved making it. If your order isn't quite right, we accept returns on unworn, full-price items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email; please note a $10 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective pouches are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
